This is Anil Yilmaz,youth club leader of SAMEKAD.Also intested by cinema industry and all kinds of sport especially,american football :)
According to me, if they stay in difficult position people be more creative than daily life.Generally these difficulties happened in scattered,not orderly polities.These scattereds generally or more appear in Countries which in development stage.So that people of these counties be more creative for solving their problem.They create their own method.After lots of personel methods scattereds improve and this scenic take a shape.
Summer-Wheather is too hot-Near to beach-near to sea-But there is no shower!!! Its important absent for that point and people need this.So that some ceative boys find this method.
